This chocolate smoothie is healthy enough for kids and a great way for them to eat fruit.
- 4 dates
- 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
- 330mL H2coco Cocochoc Coconut Water
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- handful of ice
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth
- Garnish with unsweetened shredded coconut or toppings of your choice
- Serve while cold
