How To Make Super Healthy Banana Protein Pancakes

With just three ingredients, this recipe for banana protein pancakes makes for a quick, easy, and healthy breakfast or snack!


  1. Two eggs
  2. One ripe banana
  3. One scoop vanilla protein powder


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Heat 1TBSP of coconut oil in a frying pan
  3. Spoon mixture into the pan and fry until golden brown on one side
  4. Flip and repeat!

Top with nut butter, greek yoghurt, or the fruit of your choice.
