With just three ingredients, this recipe for banana protein pancakes makes for a quick, easy, and healthy breakfast or snack!
- Two eggs
- One ripe banana
- One scoop vanilla protein powder
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- Heat 1TBSP of coconut oil in a frying pan
- Spoon mixture into the pan and fry until golden brown on one side
- Flip and repeat!
Top with nut butter, greek yoghurt, or the fruit of your choice.
